Yes, our prices include delivery, set up, training, and pick up. While we have free delivery within 10 miles of our warehouse, additional delivery fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
We offer party packages which include an inflatable, game, and tables and chairs. We also offer schools/churches a 10% discount on orders over $500 (must be set up on school/church property).
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
We extensively clean and disinfect every rental unit before delivery.
You must keep the blower on while you are using the inflatable. For overnight and weekend rentals, as well as during high winds, it's ok to turn the blower off while not in use.
We do not set up in apartment complexs or public parks (HOA / Community parks are ok).
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
You have your choice to either reschedule the rental date, or cancel your event. We will issue a rain-check for the deposit you made which is valid for up to one full year. If the weather forecast shows inclement weather (high winds and or 40% or higher chance of rain) during the time of your event, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. We typically will not cancel events until the morning of the event and only if the weather forecast extends through your entire event. If the forecast goes into your event but shows it will clear up soon after the start time, we may contact you and ask if you would like to delay the delivery or cancel the event. We do as much as we can to not cancel events ourselves but sometimes there is just no way around it. Unfortunately, once the delivery is canceled for the day we cannot change this later in the day if the forecast has changed. When events are canceled, we unload the trucks and send the delivery crews home for the day.
Yes, all orders require a 20% deposit.

No. It's best to not mow for several days before hand. If possible, it's always best to bag the lawn clippings as well.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. We can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence you will be responsible for all damages.
